Siesta Sunset Royale had three apartments on each of two floors plus our penthouse studio suite on the forth level. No accommodations on the ground floor and on the first and second floors the two-bedroom/two-bath apartments are in the center with adjoining doors to the studio apartment on one side and the one-bedroom on the other side. This allows each of the floors to convert the two-bedroom/two-bath to a three-bedroom/three-bath or four-bedroom/four-bath suites with plenty room for everyone. Wall mounted flat screen TV’s in all living and bedroom areas. Enterprise level WiFi throughout the property. Amenities include large Weber built-in barbecue, heated pool & spa, sky deck on top of building with unobstructed and panoramic views of beach and Gulf of Mexico.
